"I put this over my 2nd story deck and didn't realize there's no way for the water to drain, even when it's at an angle. The first major rainstorm it collected all of the water in the middle and hung down about 8'..but it didn't break. I sliced some holes in the sail and now the water drains just fine. This sail will last about 2 years. When I put it up again this year I noticed the seams were coming apart near the corners so I resewed them, the side facing the sun turned white but the bottom side that shows was still bright red. I bought several more because I plan to use this design for years to come. I get so many compliments from my neighbors, it looks so bright and cheery. When I look out the sliding doors in the morning as the sun comes up, everything looks beautifully rosy and magical."
